3. Products and Orders

All products are subject to availability.

Product images are for reference only. Minor variations in colour, finish, dimensions, or materials may occur due to lighting, manufacturing processes, or natural materials.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders at our discretion.

All prices are listed in ALL and may be updated without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

You agree to provide accurate and complete billing and delivery information.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or a breach of these Terms.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Albania.

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only.

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.

6. Returns and Refunds

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, you must contact us within this 14 day period.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will process one of the following options:

• A refund to the original payment method
• Store credit that can be used to purchase another item from Lona Interiors

Refunds may take up to 14 days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Custom made, special order, or discounted items are non refundable unless faulty.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
